Mission:
- Scientific research and technology application on Response, mitigation of risks of natural disasters, climate change and environmental disasters.
- Scientific and technological services: Transfer of solutions for energy saving, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions to protect the environment, biotechnology in the field of environmental protection; Consulting on strategies, planning, plans related to natural disasters, climate change, environment; Consulting on water resources development management; Consulting on implementation of new rural construction programs and response to climate change; Consulting on technological solutions in building smart cities, Consulting on technology on greenhouse gas emission reduction to protect the ozone layer; Consulting on carbon credit exchange and offset mechanisms; Scientific criticism, training to improve knowledge, organizing conferences and scientific seminars in the above research fields.
- Cooperate with domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to perform the functions and tasks of the Institute. - Produce and trade applied products from scientific and technological research.
